Event Design

Branding & Theming

Printed delegate materials and expert venue styling with large format print for backdrops, tension fabric lightboxes, vinyl wall, floor and window prints, pillar wraps custom props, light tubes, table settings, furniture, flooring, drapes.

Digital Content

Conference and award ceremony opening stings, sponsor loops, corporate video closing sequences, infomercials, logo animations or a venue fly-through – our in-house graphic team animate in 2D, 3D or any other D you care to imagine really.

Filming & Editing

We offer a complete script to screen process writing, storyboarding and planning through to shooting and post production. We’ll storyboard the shoot. We’ll script the shoot. We’ll film the shoot and then craft it into a fully realised version.

Set Design

We design, build and install backdrops, which are both practical and visually stunning. All our CAD designs and 3D visualisation work is carried out in house.

Delegate Management

We coordinate all communication with invited guests, from the initial save the date correspondence, through to invitations, joining instructions and itineraries and provide key data to relevant stakeholders. We’ll even manage your speakers too.

We are not tied to delivering events in London and the UK. We partner companies to manage projects globally for multiple clients, recently working across Europe, Africa, the Far East and the Americas.

We co-ordinate all suppliers to ensure that we include relevant key messaging, creating a consistent look and feel across the whole show ensuring that delegates can navigate the event seamlessly and that we run to the schedule planned.
