Expanding our horizons

We wanted to drop you an update as 2019 has certainly started with high profile happenings and a series of flagship events.

We were proud to work alongside two new clients. Kimberly-Clark invited 400 sales colleagues to London for three days. We worked with TW Creative and transformed the conference space at Twickenham Stadium with a main plenary room and interactive product stands in the breakout space. The second, a financial company based in London, took over the Langham Hotel for two days. We created a main space (with 19m wide x 4m high LED wall!) and 18 concurrent breakout rooms, as well as rebranding much of the hotel and providing wayfinding to four floors. We additionally managed and produced content for an interactive event app, which linked into our badging solution.

For the 4th year running we have supported a financial client’s Credit Trends European Roadshow. With two teams criss-crossing Europe over a five week period, we delivered 17 identical events in 17 countries to 1,600 delegates, with the flagship event taking place in London for a further 650 attendees.

January saw us delivering a week long analytics company’s Sales Kick Off conference across the pond in Philadelphia. This event for 600 delegates included three days on-site at a downtown hotel, with one main plenary space and 15 concurrent breakout sessions. Additionally, we were responsible for the organisation and delivery of two evening offsites. Along with the design, management, production and logistics support, Broadsword also facilitated a live stream from the main plenary and five of the larger breakout sessions. These sessions were then made available on-demand and pushed to the client’s intranet platform.

Broadsword’s flagship service continues to flourish; we are delighted to have been shortlisted for the 2019 Awards Awards for our contribution to BIFA last December.

Broadsword are delighted to announce that we have a new unique venue to add to our portfolio, Battersea Arts Centre. We're really looking forward to working with this inspiring and creative venue.

Hopefully things in your world are as exciting. We’d love to give you some ideas on how we might be able to help if you have something on the horizon. Please feel free to get in touch!
